Key Responsibilities :
- Understanding Oracle Fusion modules - Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC), Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Oracle Benefits
- Strong analytical thinking to investigate issues, identify root causes and solve problems.
- Must have a strong grip and expertise on the latest Oracle Quarterly releases and present to the client base tailored to their business needs.
- Must support the Regression testing cycles across various HCM modules.
- Proven expertise in product development, encompassing the creation of user stories, requirements gathering, test scenario formulation, testing procedures, and preparation of all necessary documentation.
- Configure solutions based on the client's needs to understand their business requirements.
- Work closely with internal and global business partners to design and develop workflows, approval processes, and solutions for data issues
- Understanding Out of the box integration with ORC & OTL
- Understanding OTL concepts like Timecard setups, time processing rules, Custom time attributes, Time entry layouts etc.,
- Strong hold on concepts for ORC - Career Sites, CSP's, Requisitions setup, Hiring flows, Onboarding/Off-boarding processes etc.
- Trouble-shooting benefit configurations and setups to identify the existing issue and design recommended solutions.
