Functional Consultant - Oracle O2C Module

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Functional Expertise :

- Act as a Functional expert in Oracle Applications R12, with a strong focus on the Order to Cash (O2C) modules.

- Demonstrate deep knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle Configurator, particularly in Engineering to Order (ETO) environments.

Requirement Gathering :

- Liaise with Business Teams to gather and understand business requirements.

- Analyze and document the requirements in a comprehensive manner.

Techno-Functional Translation :

- Translate business requirements into Techno-Functional requirements for implementation.

- Ensure the design and solutions align with business needs and validate them with Corporate IT for final approval.

Solution Design & Validation :

- Design and provide solutions for Oracle Configurator and O2C processes.

- Validate the solutions with Corporate IT to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

- Maintain clear and open communication channels to ensure smooth project execution.

Domain Knowledge :

- Leverage domain knowledge and experience in Logistics, P2P (Procure to Pay), O2C, and Manufacturing (MFG) within the Engineering industry.

- Utilize experience in Project Manufacturing for added value.

Independence & Confidence :

- Independently perform analysis, identify potential issues, and provide effective solutions.

- Confidently take ownership of tasks and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Logistics/P2P/O2C/MFG : Prior experience in these domains, particularly within the Engineering industry.

- Project Manufacturing : Experience in Project Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
