Functional Consultant - Oracle HCM Module

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules across multiple functional areas.

- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions.

- Support system configurations, testing (SIT/UAT), and production deployment activities.

- Manage and troubleshoot functional issues, ensuring system stability and data integrity.

- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and test scripts.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across HCM modules and third-party systems.

- Provide user training and post-implementation support for HCM applications.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- 56 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Proficiency in at least three or more of the following modules:

1. Core HR (including Workflow, Personalization, HR Helpdesk, Health & Safety)

2. Payroll

3. Absence Management

4. Time & Labor

5. Benefits

6. Compensation

7. Talent Management / Recruiting / Learn

8. Security

9. Advanced HCM Controls

- Strong understanding of HCM data model, business processes, and Oracle Cloud configurations.

- Experience in functional testing, issue analysis, and change management.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
