Job Title : Oracle HCM Functional Consultant Experience: 5 8 Years


Location : Hyderabad


Job Summary :


We are looking for Oracle HCM Functional Consultants with 58 years of strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. Candidates should have hands-on expertise in at least two or more HCM modules among Absence Management, Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, ORC (Recruitment Cloud), or OTL (Time s Labor). The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end HCM implementations, configurations, and support activities in alignment with business requirements.


Key Responsibilities :


- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules as per client requirements.


- Work on Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment (ORC), or OTL modules.


- Participate in requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications.


- Perform gap analysis and suggest best-fit Oracle HCM solutions.


- Configure business processes, approval workflows, and security roles.


- Conduct testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and resolve issues within the defined timelines.


- Work closely with technical teams to support integrations and reporting (BIP/OTBI).


- Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.


- Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and training materials.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery.


Required Skills s Expertise:


- 5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or support projects.


Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in at least 2 of the following modules :


- Absence Management


- Core HR


- Payroll


- Compensation


- Benefits


- ORC (Recruitment)


- OTL (Time C Labor)


- Good understanding of Oracle HCM architecture, data model, and business flows.


- Ability to handle configurations independently.


- Experience with Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and Security roles is an added advantage.


- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


- Ability to work independently and within a team in a dynamic environment
