Functional Consultant - Oracle HCM/Fusion Module

Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in advanced HCM modules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, hands-on configuration expertise, and proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions across multiple modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM advanced modules including Core HR, Goals & Performance Management, Learning, Recruitment, Compensation, and Benefits.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and map them to Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities.

- Configure HCM modules to meet business requirements and perform system testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance).

- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.

- Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and user training materials.

- Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, integrations, and report development.

- Stay updated with Oracle quarterly release updates and assess their impact on existing configurations.

- Ensure compliance with company standards and data security policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM applications.

- At least 2 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

- Strong expertise in one or more advanced modules such as :

1. Core HR

2. Goals & Performance Management

3. Learning

4. Recruitment

5. Compensation

6. Benefits

- Solid understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Oracle Fusion HCM certification(s) preferred.

Experience Required : Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

Implementation Experience : At least 2 end-to-end (full-cycle) Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
