Job Description

Role : Functional Consultant - Oracle EBS HRMS

We are seeking a Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS to join our ERP team.

The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in Human Capital Management (HCM) processes and deep functional experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EBS HRMS modules.

Key Responsibilities :


- Gather and analyze business requirements related to HRMS processes (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OTL, iRecruitment, etc.)

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS HRMS modules in line with business needs.

- Create functional documentation including MD50s, BRDs, use cases, test scripts, and training guides.

- Lead workshops and meetings with HR/business stakeholders to define and document business processes.

- Collaborate with technical teams for any customizations, reports, or workflow changes.

- Provide support for system enhancements, UAT, issue resolution, and post-production activities.

- Ensure compliance with legal and statutory HR requirements and Oracle best practices.

- Support data migration, integration with third-party systems, and HR reporting.

- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer for end users and support teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OTL, iRecruitment, etc.)

- Solid understanding of HR business processes, statutory compliance, and localization (India or international).

- Proven experience in functional configurations, gap analysis, testing, and UAT support.

- Ability to work with technical teams to deliver RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).

- Good knowledge of Oracle AIM or OUM methodologies.

- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to interact with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle HRMS Functional Certification is a plus.

- Exposure to Oracle Fusion HCM or Oracle Cloud HRMS is a strong advantage.

- Experience with data migration, interface design, or HR analytics is beneficial.

- Prior experience in business process improvement or automation in HR.
