Functional Consultant - Oracle EBS Module

Oracle EBS Suite Functional :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Consultant with 56 years of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle EBS applications. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise along with experience in integrating Oracle EBS with third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

- Configure and support Oracle EBS modules such as:

- Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)

- Supply Chain (PO, OM, INV) (modules can be adjusted based on requirement)

- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions

- Lead and support end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and rollouts

- Work on third-party integrations with Oracle EBS using :

- APIs, Interfaces, Web Services

- Middleware tools (e.g., SOA, OIC, etc.)

- Prepare functional design documents (FDD), test scripts, and user training materials

- Perform SIT, UAT support, and post-production support

- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution

- Ensure data integrity and compliance with business processes

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules (Financials and/or SCM)

- Experience in Oracle EBS R12 / R12.2

- Hands-on experience with third-party system integrations

- Good understanding of :

- Interfaces (Inbound/Outbound)

- APIs and open interfaces

- Data migration concepts

- Ability to create functional documentation (BRD, FDD, MD50, etc.)

- Experience in testing (SIT/UAT) and production support

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with integration tools such as Oracle SOA Suite or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

- Knowledge of PL/SQL for better coordination with technical teams

- Exposure to reporting tools (XML Publisher, BI Publisher)

- Experience in multi-org, multi-currency environments
