Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Functional Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing, configuring, and supporting Business Central (BC) solutions, and a solid understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, inventory, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Business Central modules, including Finance, SCM, Sales, and Warehousing.

- Conduct GAP analysis and suggest customized solutions for client needs.

- Coordinate with technical consultants/developers for customizations and integrations.

- Conduct functional testing, UAT, and end-user training.

- Support go-live activities and post-implementation support.

- Prepare detailed documentation, including FSDs and training manuals.

- Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in MS Dynamics NAV/365 Business Central implementations.

- Strong understanding of ERP business processes, especially in finance, supply chain, and inventory.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Functional knowledge of Power BI and MS Power Platform is a plus.

- Microsoft certifications in Business Central (preferred but not mandatory).
