Client Consulting & Solution Design :

- Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, pain points, and goals.

- Translate business requirements into tailored Business Central solutions.

- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture.

Implementation & Delivery :

- Manage full-cycle Business Central implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and support.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client objectives.

- Provide post-implementation consulting and optimization services.

Pre-Sales & Advisory :

- Support pre-sales efforts by participating in demos, scoping sessions, and proposal development.

- Advise clients on best practices, industry trends, and Business Central capabilities.

Collaboration & Support :

- Work closely with developers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery.

- Troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance on Business Central functionality.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), including full-cycle implementations.

- Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver tailored solutions.

- Strong understanding of Business Central modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint) is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Reporting to the Consulting Manager, this is a client-facing consulting role focused on delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.

- Youll act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your deep product knowledge and consulting experience to guide them through discovery, design, implementation, and post-go-live support.
