Description :

- Lead and support IBM Maximo Asset Management implementations across client environments.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Maximo functional solutions.

- Configure Maximo applications, workflows, domains, security settings, and modules.

- Work closely with technical teams on Maximo application development and customization.

- Provide functional expertise for upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.

- Conduct functional testing, system validation, and support UAT activities.

- Prepare functional documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and training materials.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing functional support to business users.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution design and deployment.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong experience in Maximo Asset Management Application Implementation.

- Hands-on experience in Maximo Application Development and customization.

- Solid understanding of Maximo modules (Work Management, Asset Management, Inventory, Procurement, etc.).

- Knowledge of Maximo configurations (Domains, Workflows, Escalations, Security, Application Designer).

- Experience in Maximo integrations using REST/Enterprise services (preferred).

- Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Maximo 7.6.x or MAS 8.x

- Understanding of SQL, Java, or Automation Scripts

- Experience working in MNC/global delivery environments
