Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, including business requirement specifications (BRS) and functional requirement documents (FRD).

- Conduct Fit Gap Analysis and develop Business Process Plans (BPP) to align HRMS functionalities with organizational needs.

- Create project plans, user training materials, and knowledge transfer documents to facilitate smooth implementation and adoption.

- Oversee core HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, leave and attendance tracking, benefits administration, and performance appraisal systems.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and integrate compliance checks into the HRMS system.

- Support demand planning for workforce management, optimizing headcount planning, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with technical teams for system customization, integrations, and issue resolution.

Preferred Experience :

- Proficiency in one or more HRMS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday.

- In-depth knowledge of core HR processes, including

- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding

- Employee Engagement and Retention

- Payroll and Benefits Management

- Performance and Learning Management

- Experience in implementing compliance frameworks for payroll and HR processes
