- Business Analysis : Analyze client business requirements, particularly within logistics or finance domains, to effectively map them to Business Central/NAV functionalities.

- System Configuration : Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV to align

with specific business processes.

- Module & Add-on Recommendations : Provide recommendations for, and potentially implement, other Business Central modules and relevant 3rd party add-ons to enhance client solutions.

- End-User Training : Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to end-users, ensuring their proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

- Customer Support & Optimization : Foster a strong passion for supporting customers, guiding them to make the best use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to optimize their operations.

- Collaboration : Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Skills & Requirements :

- At least 2 to 3 years of practical implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV, specifically in logistics or finance modules.

- Proven in-house implementation experience with Microsoft NAV or Business Central.

- Strong and confident communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to analyze business needs and make informed recommendations for system enhancements.

- A genuine passion for supporting customers and enabling them to leverage ERP solutions effectively.
