Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Encompasses all aspects like business process analysis, product configuration & implementation, user training, post go live support, based on the 3PL Dynamics vertical solution for Logistics industry.

- Performing business and process analysis.

- Performing business requirements analysis and documentation.

- Providing pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support.

- Must be interested to learn and work on technical side and eventually become techno-functional 3PL consultant.

- To understand business requirement - consult and finalize solution approach and configure the same mostly by self or along with technical consultant.

- Being techno-functional or having knowledge and experience.

Knowledge and Experience:

- Knowledge of 3rd Party Logistics industry.

- Experience in implementation or support, of Warehouse Management System (WMS) OR experience with Warehouse module of any ERP system.

- Experience with Freight Management System (FMS), Transport Management System (TMS) would be an added advantage, but not a mandatory aspect.

- Working as business user in 3rd Party Logistics company, with knowledge of software system processes, in either of below functional areas.

- Warehouse operations or Freight Forwarding or Transport Management, will also be considered.

- Display sound communication skills while acting as a point of contact between your team and clients. Patient, level-headed and cool under pressure.

- Highly confident with providing support and training to users.

- Detail-oriented and meticulous with a keen desire to deliver.
