Full Stack Web Application Developer - Python/React.js

Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js for frontend development and Python (preferably with frameworks like Django or Flask) for backend development.

This role requires you to build dynamic, scalable, and high-performance web applications that deliver seamless user experiences.

You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, backend engineers, and QA teams to design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain responsive and interactive web applications using React.js, ensuring performance and usability across devices and browsers.

- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into reusable and maintainable React components.

- Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or other relevant tools.

- Integrate with RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints and manage asynchronous data flow.

- Ensure accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design best practices.

- Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.

- Manage database design, migrations, and queries using relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL, and optionally NoSQL databases.

- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

- Optimize backend services for scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Work within Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and continuous integration/deployment processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical feedback, and deliver features that meet business goals.

- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for both frontend (using Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) and backend components (using pytest or unittest).

- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best coding practices and improve code quality.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in frontend and backend technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

- Propose and implement improvements to development processes, tooling, and software architecture.

Required Skills & Experience:

Frontend:

- 3+ years of professional experience with React.js, including proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), JSX, HTML5, CSS3, and frontend build tools like Webpack and Babel.

- Strong knowledge of React ecosystem tools such as Redux, React Router, Context API, and React Hooks.

- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and ability to translate designs into pixel-perfect interfaces.

Backend:

- Solid experience with Python and backend web frameworks such as Django or Flask.

- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs, authentication mechanisms, and working with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker) is a plus.

General:

- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and API integration (Axios, Fetch).

- Experience working with Git version control and collaborative workflows (GitHub, GitLab).

- Good understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
