Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor full-stack development teams in rapid Agile delivery environments

- Design, develop, and review scalable front-end and back-end solutions

- Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and security

- Drive best practices in unit testing, UI testing, and CI/CD pipelines

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders

- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to improve productivity and quality

- Participate in project planning, estimation, and technical decision-making

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript

- Experience with modern front-end and back-end architectures

- Hands-on experience with DevOps pipelines and automated testing

- Solid understanding of system design and scalable architectures
