We are looking for a .NET Technical Lead that will be responsible for proposing, reviewing, maintaining, and delivering detailed designs and technical solutions for our Product development projects.

As a Technical Lead, youll help the team throughout the project lifecycle, therefore technical knowledge and interpersonal skills are essential.

Experience in Agile methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a must.

You should also have an in-depth understanding of the underlying technologies, and architectures work in 2020.

What will you do ?

- Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop these layers of applications and collaborate with a global, geographically dispersed team that is focused on delivering complementary/different layers of the infrastructure.

- Work with Clients, Architect, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to define/clarify the scope of business requirements, development estimation, and work plan finalization.

- Analyze business user requests as per the requirements, estimate tasks throughout the project life cycle, design and document appropriate solutions, design the business components and database objects required to implement the solution.

- Proactively contribute and shape quality deliverables in time for customer satisfaction to avoid escalations, particularly during the design phase.

- Work with the Development Team to design the front-end and back-end systems necessary to fulfill document requirements.

- Predominantly you will be designing, coding, testing, debugging documenting, and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver value to our organization.

- Coordinate and Willing to work with peers in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, energetic environment using distributed teams is a must.

Must-haves or Youre good at :

- Full-stack development, ability to design modules independently.

- Working Knowledge of executing the projects in the Agile Scrum Methodologies

- Proficient in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .Net Core, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript or Angular or React.Js, Web Services, WCF, Web API, etc.

- Experience developing REST based web services and OAuth flows, Ability to design and implement highly scalable Restful microservices using ASP.Net Web API

- Experience with developing, implementing, monitoring, and troubleshooting applications in the Azure Public Cloud

- Experience developing within guidelines and benchmarks for NFR during project implementation

- Should be able to define and own the technology stack, applying Design Patterns, Data Structures, Algorithms, and frameworks to materialize it

- Ability to design and develop the framework of the system and be able to explain choices made.

- Also write and review design document, framework, and high-level design of the application, explain and mentor the overall architecture to the team according to the technology roadmap.

- Technical collaboration with Client, customer, internal team and all the stakeholders.
