Full Stack Technical lead - Java/React.js

We are looking for an experienced full stack Tech Lead to guide and lead a team of 4 to 5 developers building web-based application using Java and React.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing one or more enterprise-level applications using React, Java, Spring Boot etc.

The person should also be familiar with relational databases and have exposure to frontend technologies.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze requirements, architect, design, develop, and maintain React / Java-based web applications.

- Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle.

- Estimate work complexity, plan sprints and lead a small team of 4 to 5 to release the product as per plan

- Perform impact analysis, debug production systems and develop solutions to issues

- Develop frameworks / write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to standards.

Required skills :

- Experience of architecting and designing enterprise-level web-based applications

- Strong proficiency in Java (Core and Advanced).

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework and Hibernate.

- Good understanding of RDBMS concepts and practical experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.

- Experience of front-end development using React

- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

- Architectural principles and design patterns

Nice to have skills :

- Exposure to containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience of working on Azure.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
