Job Description :

He/She is a full stack lead with Front end and Backend skills. Lead the Engineering group and related tasks on APIs and Microservices. Ability to understand the system, troubleshoot and ability to code and lead the team and take over completely responsibility from the coding perspective and responsible for very high Quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

- Take complete ownership of the coding and technical aspects of the project lifecycle.

- Conduct thorough code reviews to enforce best practices, maintain coding standards, and improve team capabilities.

- Design complex, scalable, and maintainable systems with strong subsystem integrations.

- Architect and implement RESTful APIs, Microservices, and batch processing jobs ensuring robustness, security, and performance.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Hands-on coding and development across front-end (React, Angular, Vue, Flutter) and back-end (NodeJS, Python) technologies.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments across SIT, UAT, and Production environments.

- Ensure codebase is well-documented to facilitate future maintenance and onboarding.

- Continuously explore new technologies and suggest improvements to enhance product quality and team efficiency.

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Ensure security compliance, performance optimization, and scalability considerations in all deliverables.

- Collaborate with clients, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and align technical deliverables

accordingly.

- Provide technical insights and assist in resolving complex technical challenges.

Educational Qualifications :

B Tech / B.E in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
