Full Stack Tech Lead - Java & React (Airline Domain)

Location : Ahmedabad (Hybrid)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead with strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and React.js, along with solid exposure to the airline or travel technology domain. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for designing scalable systems, leading development teams, and delivering high-performance B2B airline platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications

- Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot

- Build responsive and high-performing frontend applications using React.js

- Design and manage RESTful APIs for airline integrations including GDS, NDC, and LCC

- Implement secure and reliable payment gateway integrations

- Manage Redis-based session and token handling

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security

- Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices

- Mentor and guide team members and support technical decision-making

- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams

- Support deployments in Docker and AWS-based environments

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 6-10 years of full-stack development experience

- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead

- Strong hands-on experience with Java (8 or above) and Spring Boot

- Proficiency in React.js with Redux or Context API

- Experience working with airline or travel reservation systems

- Strong knowledge of REST API design, security, and performance optimization

- Experience with payment gateway integrations

- Working knowledge of MySQL, Aurora, or PostgreSQL

- Experience with Docker, AWS ECS or Fargate, and CI/CD pipelines

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with GraphQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Elasticsearch

- Exposure to performance testing and load optimization

- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

Eligibility Criteria :

- Candidates must be currently based in Ahmedabad

- Experience in airline, travel, or reservation portal domain is mandatory
