Description :

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Team Lead with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js, who has extensive experience delivering banking-grade systems. The role requires a balance of deep technical ownership, team leadership, and delivery management in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of full-stack applications using React.js and Node.js

- Actively contribute to hands-on coding, architecture decisions, and production deployments

- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of 6+ members (Developers, QA, DevOps, BA)

- Design and build scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant backend services

- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Ensure adherence to banking compliance, security standards, and best practices

- Drive Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and delivery tracking

- Own CI/CD pipelines, release governance, and production stability

Must-Have Skills :

Banking Domain (Mandatory) :

- Last 5 years of experience delivering banking-grade systems

- Strong exposure to Payments / Corporate Banking / Retail Banking

- Understanding of banking workflows, compliance, and enterprise data models

Frontend - React.js (Advanced) :

- Deep expertise in Hooks, Context API, Functional Components

- Performance optimization, memoization, and SPA architecture

- Experience building complex enterprise-grade UIs

Backend - Node.js (Advanced) :

- Strong understanding of event loop, async programming, Promise handling

- API orchestration and fault-tolerant service design

- Experience handling large datasets (1L+ records)

Messaging & Infrastructure :

- Kafka (Hands-on) : Producers, consumers, retries, DLQs, message replay

- Docker & Kubernetes : Containerization, orchestration, rolling deployments, pod management

CI/CD & DevOps :

- Hands-on experience with GitLab / GitHub Actions

- Code quality tools : Sonar, Checkmarx, ESLint

- Cloud exposure : Docker on EC2, AWS Lambda

API & Security :

- API Gateway implementation using Kong / Apigee / AWS API Gateway

- OAuth2 end-to-end implementation

- Identity Provider integration (Okta preferred)

Leadership & Communication :

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Proven experience leading delivery-focused teams (6+ members)

- Ownership of delivery timelines, escalations, and governance
