Full Stack Software Developer - React.js/Node.js

Job Title : Full Stack Developer

Mission :

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the frontend and backend of modern web systems ensuring seamless integration, clean architecture, and efficient data flow across platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Full Stack Development (End-to-End) :

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performing web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.

- Manage both frontend and backend development from UI design and API creation to database architecture.

- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code, following software development best practices and design patterns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality releases.

API Development & Integration :

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services where necessary.

- Ensure robust authentication, authorization, and data validation mechanisms.

- Optimize APIs for performance, scalability, and security.

Database Design & Optimization :

- Design efficient database schemas and manage data modeling, indexing, and query optimization.

- Work with both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases to handle diverse data requirements.

Frontend Development & UI Integration :

- Build intuitive, responsive, and interactive UIs using React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and state management tools like Redux or Zustand.

- Ensure smooth frontend-backend integration for an optimal user experience.

- Implement reusable components and maintain UI consistency across pages and modules.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and serverless frameworks.

- Experience with TypeScript for scalable JavaScript development.

- Understanding of testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.

- Exposure to AI or automation integrations (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain) is a plus but not mandatory.
