Heads-Up : Full Stack Software Developer (Onsite Gurugram, Haryana)

We are hiring a Full Stack Software Developer to join our growing DevOps team at PLS, a modern property law firm.

Location : Gurugram, Haryana

Work Mode : Onsite only (Hybrid Model after probation period)

Experience Required : 3 to 5 years

What we're looking for :

- Full-Stack Development : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (class + functional), TypeScript, PHP (legacy), SQL, RESTful APIs.

- React + TypeScript Expertise : Strong component architecture, state management, performance optimisation.

- Backend Development : Node.js, PHP (legacy maintenance), API design/consumption, database interactions.

- Database Skills : Strong SQL query writing, optimisation, relational database understanding.

- Secure Coding : OWASP awareness, vulnerability mitigation, secure patterns.

- Version Control : Git branching, merging, code reviews, clean commit history.

- CI/CD Pipelines : Automated builds, deployments, DevOps tooling.

- UI/UX Implementation : Ability to convert Figma designs into responsive, accessible interfaces.

- Agile Scrum : Sprint planning, retrospectives, iterative delivery.

- Code Quality & Testing : Unit testing, peer reviews, refactoring, maintainable codebase.

Duties :

- Be confident working across the full stack, with solid experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, PHP, SQL, and RESTful APIs.

- Take responsibility for how front-end and back-end systems integrate, including mobile app development and database interactions.

- Adhere to the standard for best practice in responsive design, secure coding, and clean, maintainable code.

- Keep a close eye on frameworks and libraries, making sure they are kept up to date and any known vulnerabilities are addressed promptly.

- Oversee version control, ensuring good habits around branching, merging, and reviewing changes before they go live.

- Make smart use of development tools, debugging approaches, deployment methods, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Ensure the codebase stays in good shape, promoting tidy, efficient code and ongoing refactoring where needed.

- Prioritise security at every stage not just in the code itself, but by helping the team against exploits and how to guard against them.

- Make sure proper testing, including unit testing, is part of the routine, and that peer reviews are carried out consistently.

- Support the teams growth by reviewing their work constructively, encouraging collaboration, and sharing knowledge openly.

- Liaise with management to ensure technical decisions align with business goals.

- Work within Agile Scrum methodology, contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.

- Maintain good SQL skills for querying and maintaining databases as part of daily development and debugging work.

- Familiarity with the Proclaim (Eclipse) case management system is a bonus.
