We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Senior Engineer with strong Finance domain knowledge to lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade applications using modern technologies including Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead the design and implementation of scalable applications using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards

- Design and develop RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems

- Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively, ensuring optimal application performance

Team Collaboration & Mentorship :

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, QA, and Business Stakeholders

Project Management :

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively to meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations

- Utilize Agile methodologies to enhance collaboration and adaptability within development processes

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant innovations into product development strategies

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS :

Frontend Development (Advanced) :

Angular: Advanced proficiency in building responsive and dynamic web applicationsDeep understanding of component architecture, state management, and reactive programming principles

- Experience integrating Angular with backend services and implementing RESTful APIs

- Ability to ensure seamless user experiences through optimized frontend design

Backend Development (Advanced) :

Java + Spring Boot: Expert-level knowledge for developing and deploying microservices architecturesHands-on experience in designing scalable, maintainable, and resilient microservices

- Strong grasp of Spring ecosystem: Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, and RESTful services

- Ability to create robust backend solutions that effectively handle complex business logic

Full Stack Development :

- Comprehensive understanding of full-stack development practices encompassing both frontend and backend technologies

- Experience in integrating various technologies and ensuring optimal performance and security across the stack

- Proven ability to deliver complete solutions from database to user interface

Microservices Architecture :

- Experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures

- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)

- Understanding of API Gateway, Service Discovery, and distributed systems patterns

Domain Knowledge :

- Finance Domain: Strong understanding of financial services, banking operations, or fintech applications
