Job Title : Full Stack Process Developer (Low-Code Platform)

We are hiring 5 Full Stack Process Developers to work on-site in Chennai on a high-impact Low-Code platform focused on workflow automation and business process engineering.

You will design BPMN-based workflows, build modular micro-frontends, integrate APIs, and deliver production-grade microservices using modern Java and React stacks.

Responsibilities :

- Design and automate business processes using BPM/BPMN standards

- Develop responsive, accessible UIs with React (TypeScript)

- Build and deploy microservices using Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes

- Implement RESTful APIs and integration patterns

- Set up CI/CD pipelines, artifact versioning, and multi-environment deployments

- Collaborate using Git (branching, PRs) and Jira/Azure Boards

- Write clean, documented code and perform requirement analysis

Required Qualifications :

- 3- 5 years of software development experience

- 3+ years in React (TypeScript) with HTML5/CSS3, Flex/Grid, accessibility best practices

- 2- 4 years hands-on with Spring Boot Microservices + Docker

- Strong knowledge of BPM & BPMN fundamentals

- Experience in micro-frontend architecture and REST API design/consumption

- Proven expertise in CI/CD, Git workflows, Jira/Azure Boards

- Solid understanding of SQL & NoSQL databases

- Excellent communication, documentation, and requirement gathering skills

Nice to Have :

- Experience with API Gateways (Kong/Apigee), Kafka/RabbitMQ

- Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Terraform, Grafana/Prometheus/ELK

- Knowledge of SAST/DAST, performance testing (k6/JMeter)

- Prior work in Banking, Fintech, or large-scale enterprise systems
