Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide development and L2/L3 support for partner-reported issues for CPQ and PSA products.
- Diagnose, debug, and resolve backend and frontend issues within defined SLAs.
- Develop enhancements, perform code fixes, and contribute to product stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Support) to ensure effective issue resolution.
- Manage and update tickets using Salesforce Case Management and Jira.
- Work with SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validation tasks.
- Communicate clearly with global stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and product areas.
Technical Skills Required :
Primary Skills :
- Strong experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web API, .NET Core).
- Hands-on experience with React (preferred) or Angular for frontend development.
Additional Skills :
- Salesforce Case Management (working knowledge).
- Jira for ticketing and workflow tracking.
- Good understanding of SQL (queries, joins, debugging DB issues).
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Skills :
- Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud environments.
- Understanding of CI/CD or DevOps workflows.
