As the Centific Senior ASP.NET Core Developer, you will be a key member of the software development team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and services using the ASP.NET Core v7 framework. This role involves leading the technical design, implementation, and optimization of software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers. The Senior ASP.NET Core Developer plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, scalable, and performant web applications.

Your Role and Responsibilities :

- Software Development : Lead the design and implementation of web applications and APIs using ASP.NET Core and related technologies. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards.

- Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Architecture and Design : Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design scalable and modular software solutions that meet business and technical requirements. Implement design patterns and software architecture principles to ensure maintainability and extensibility.

- Performance Optimization : Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks, conducting profiling, and implementing performance improvements.

- Security and Quality Assurance : Implement security best practices to ensure the security and integrity of web applications, including data protection and user authentication. Write unit tests, integration tests, and conduct thorough testing to ensure software quality and reliability.

- API Development and Integration : Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party APIs and services as needed.

- Version Control and Collaboration : Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage source code and collaborate effectively with other team members. Participate in Agile/Scrum development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing : Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, API documentation, and code comments. Share knowledge, best practices, and insights with the development team.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in ASP.NET Core development. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.

Must Skills :

- ASP.NET Core Blazor or Razor Pages : For building dynamic, interactive web UIs.

- JavaScript/TypeScript : For client-side scripting and enhancing interactivity.

- HTML/CSS : For structuring and styling web pages.

- React, C#/.NET Core : For building robust, scalable server-side applications.

- ASP.NET Core Web API : For creating RESTful APIs.

- Entity Framework Core : For database access and ORM.

Database :

- SQL Server : Microsoft's relational database management system.

- Azure Cosmos DB (optional) : For NoSQL database needs.

- Kusto and KQL : for dashboard generation Cloud/DevOps :

- Microsoft Azure : For cloud hosting, storage, and services like Azure App Service or Azure Functions.

- Azure DevOps : For CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile project management.
