Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of full-stack developers, providing technical guidance and mentoring.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end (UI) and back-end solutions.

- Work with React.js / Angular / Vue.js for front-end and Node.js / Java / .NET Core / Python for backend.

- Ensure UI/UX best practices are followed for responsive and user-friendly design.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features.

- Implement and manage RESTful APIs and integrations with external systems.

- Oversee code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure application security and performance.

- Drive adoption of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 812 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with at least 3 years in a lead role.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js / Angular / Vue.js.

- Strong back-end expertise in Node.js / Java / .NET Core / Python.

- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design principles.

- Experience with databases (SQL MySQL/PostgreSQL, NoSQL MongoDB/Cassandra).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with microservices architecture.

- Exposure to GraphQL.

- Knowledge of performance monitoring tools (New Relic, ELK, Prometheus).

- Prior experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise platforms
