Technocrats Horizons is seeking a highly skilled Team Lead (PHP & JavaScript) to join our development team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, setting technical direction, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality web applications.

This role requires strong expertise in PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter) and JavaScript frameworks (React.js/Node.js), along with leadership skills to mentor and guide the team.

The candidate should have a problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of PHP and JavaScript developers, providing technical guidance and support.

- Define coding standards, architecture practices, and best development methodologies.

- Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality deliverables.

- Design and develop secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications using PHP and JavaScript.

- Work with frameworks such as Laravel/CodeIgniter (PHP) and React.js/Node.js (JavaScript).

- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment with overall architecture.

- Plan sprints, prioritize tasks, and manage resource allocation effectively.

- Optimize application performance, database queries, and server-side operations.

- Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong expertise in PHP frameworks (Laravel/CodeIgniter).

- Proficiency in JavaScript (React.js, Node.js, ES6+ concepts).

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.

- Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and query optimization.

- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery).

- Familiarity with cloud hosting services (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar).

- Expertise in Git and version control workflows.

- Experience in leading teams and delivering multiple projects successfully.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Vue.js or Angular.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Understanding of UI/UX best practices.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Jest, Mocha).

Education Required :

Graduate : B.Tech / B.E / MCA in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
