Full Stack Lead - NestJS/React.js

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead to drive architecture, engineering excellence, and scalable system design across our microservices-based product platform. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep technical expertise and strong ownership.

Key Ownership Areas :

- Define and own end-to-end architecture (Frontend + Backend).

- Lead scalable microservices development using NestJS.

- Drive frontend architecture using React + TypeScript.

- Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and security best practices.

- Mentor and scale a cross-functional engineering team.

- Collaborate closely with DevOps on AWS-based infrastructure strategy.

Technical Environment :

- Backend : Node.js (NestJS), Microservices Architecture

- Database : MySQL (Schema design, indexing, optimization)

- Caching : Redis

- Messaging : RabbitMQ (Event-driven systems)

- Frontend : React (Latest), TypeScript, Component Architecture

- Infrastructure : AWS, Docker, CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins)

Leadership & Impact Expectations :

- Drive engineering quality and architectural consistency.

- Establish coding standards, review processes, and scalable design patterns.

- Balance rapid product execution with long-term technical sustainability.

- Own production stability and incident response strategy.

- Enable faster feature velocity without increasing technical debt.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 7 to 10 years of experience in full stack product engineering.

- Proven experience leading engineers in a startup or high-growth environment.

- Strong architectural thinking and system design expertise.

- Hands-on coding mindset with ownership mentality.

- Experience scaling distributed systems in production.
