Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Lead (Java + React) who can lead development activities, interact with clients, and ensure high-quality delivery. This is a client-facing role, requiring excellent communication, leadership, and technical depth. The ideal candidate must be hands-on with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and ReactJS, along with experience working on cloud platforms and AI-native engineering tools.

Mandatory Skills :

- Backend : Java, Spring Boot, Microservices

- Frontend : ReactJS (Minimum 34 years hands-on experience must be clearly visible in the resume with project details)

- Cloud : Azure / AWS / GCP (any one)

- AI-Native Tools : Experience using GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Cursor or similar tools for application development

- Strong communication skills for client interactions

- Team handling experience (2 to 4 members)

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead full-stack development using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and ReactJS.

- Provide technical direction, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Architect scalable solutions and guide the team in implementing high-quality applications.

Client Interaction :

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients.

- Gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and provide timely updates.

- Conduct demos, clarify queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Development & Delivery :

- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide robust solutions.

- Ensure timely and quality delivery of assigned modules and user stories.

- Utilize AI-native development tools to enhance productivity and code accuracy.

Team Management :

- Lead and mentor a team of 2 to 4 developers.

- Assign tasks, review progress, and support team members in resolving complex issues.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance engineering environment.

DevOps & Cloud :

- Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native services.

- Deploy applications on Azure/AWS/GCP (based on project needs).

- Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and reliability.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 8 to 10 years of experience in full-stack development.

- Strong experience in building enterprise-level applications.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in Agile/ Scrum environments.

- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Understanding of event-driven or micro-frontend architectures.
