Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable and high-performance web applications

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers

- Ensure code quality, performance, security, and scalability standards

- Build and evolve a reusable UI component library

- Drive best practices around testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and releases

- Own release management and coordination with internal stakeholders

- Build and maintain internal tools and reporting infrastructure

- Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and tasks

- Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end

- Participate in technical roadmap planning and architectural decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field

- 7-10 years of experience in web application development

- Mandatory : Prior experience as a Lead / Tech Lead

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and MERN stack

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js

- 5+ years of experience with React, Redux, and TypeScript

- Strong experience with WebSockets and observable-based programming

- Experience building distributed systems and microservices

- Solid understanding of REST APIs and networking concepts

- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases

- Experience building asynchronous client-side applications (AJAX)

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines

- Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack or Rollup

- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and time-management skills

Good to Have :

- Experience building real-time or streaming analytics systems

- Exposure to MongoDB, Cassandra

- Experience with Vue.js, Angular, NgRx, RxJS

- Cloud exposure with AWS, Azure, or GCP
