Full Stack Lead Developer - Java/Spring Boot

We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Lead to drive design, development, and delivery of complex enterprise applications. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to guide teams in building scalable, cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead full-stack development across backend, frontend, and cloud platforms

- Architect and deliver scalable solutions using modern frameworks and microservices

- Act as a technical interface with customers and internal stakeholders

- Mentor and manage development teams, ensuring high code quality and delivery standards

- Review architecture, design, and code for performance, security, and scalability

- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth releases

- Drive adherence to best practices in engineering and software delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10-15 years of experience in full-stack software development

- Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices

- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (Angular / React / Vue)

- Knowledge of Node.js, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis

- Hands-on exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Proven experience in team handling and customer-facing roles

- Excellent communication skills and delivery-focused mindset
