- Docker/Kubernetes (Nice to have)

Additional Skills :

- AI/GenAI experience is preferred , working knowledge in LLMs

- Experience in Health care Insurance domain is preferred

Role Summary :

The Full Stack Lead is responsible for end-to-end technical delivery of web and platform applications. This role leads a squad of full stack engineers, owns technical design decisions, ensures code quality, and works closely with Product Owners, Architects, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

The role is hands-on and leadership-oriented, combining architecture, coding, mentoring, and delivery ownership.

Technical Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Engineers across frontend and backend layers.

- Own technical design, code quality, and delivery standards for assigned products or platforms.

- Review architecture, design documents, APIs, and data models.

- Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, security, and performance guidelines.

Full Stack Development :

- Design and develop scalable frontend applications using modern frameworks such as React / Angular / Next.js.

- Design and develop backend services using Java (Spring Boot)

- Build and maintain REST / GraphQL APIs and microservices.

- Work with relational and NoSQL databases; ensure efficient data access patterns.

Agile Delivery Ownership :

- Work closely with Product Owners to understand requirements and break them into technical tasks.

- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and estimation.

- Track delivery progress, manage technical risks, and remove blockers.

- Support UAT, production releases, and post-release stabilization.

DevOps & Cloud :

- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployments.

- Ensure applications are cloud-ready (GCP).

- Support observability, logging, and performance monitoring.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Act as the technical SPOC for the squad.

- Collaborate with Architects, QA, Security, and Data teams.

- Communicate technical decisions and risks clearly to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience in :

1. Frontend : React / CSS / JavaScript / TypeScript

2. Backend : Java Spring Boot

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API design.

- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and exposure to NoSQL.

- Experience with Git, code reviews, and branching strategies.

Cloud & DevOps :

- Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP).

- Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes good to have).

Agile & Leadership :

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

- Proven experience leading small to medium engineering squads.

- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and mentoring skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience in Insurance / BFSI / Enterprise platforms.

- Exposure to API gateways (Apigee) and integration platforms.

- Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, OWASP).

- Experience with GenAI / automation / AI-assisted development.
