About the Role :
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and React.js or Angular, who can lead and mentor a team of developers, while driving the design and development of scalable web applications. This role involves both hands-on development and leadership responsibilities, ensuring high code quality and seamless delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full-stack developers.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, DevOps, and QA teams.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for software development.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects with high standards of quality and performance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to technical discussions.
- Participate in architecture design and technical decision-making.
Technology Stack :
- Backend : Java (preferably Spring Boot)
- Frontend : React.js or Angular
- Database : SQL / NoSQL
- DevOps/Cloud : Exposure to CI/CD tools and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 8+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot) and either React.js or Angular.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
- Sound knowledge of software architecture, system design, and best practices.
- Experience with RESTful API design, microservices, and database optimization.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is desirable.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
