Job Description :

What Youll Be Doing :

- Write, test, and deploy production-ready code.

- Take ownership of user stories end-to-end - from design through release.

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and peers to shape and ship features quickly.

- Participate in sprint ceremonies, demos, and code reviews.

- Debug issues, improve performance, and continuously raise code quality.

- Contribute to improving engineering practices, standards, and developer experience.

Required Experience & Skills :

- Hands-on experience building and maintaining modern web applications in an agile environment.

Proficiency in at least one of the main stacks :

Front-end :

- React.

- TypeScript.

- GraphQL.

- Modern JavaScript (ES6+).

Back-end :

- Node.js.

- NestJS.

- TypeScript.

- REST APIs.

- MongoDB.

- AWS services (Lambda, ECS, SQS, DynamoDB, etc.

- Experience using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tooling to build and ship real-world software.

- Strong debugging skills and the ability to solve problems end-to-end.

- Experience working successfully in distributed/remote teams proactive communication, asking the right questions, staying aligned.

- Reliable remote setup : high-speed internet and a good-quality audio/headset for calls and pairing sessions.

Note : More important than specific framework experience is strong JavaScript fundamentals, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
