What Youll Do :

- Frontend Development: Build and maintain React using TypeScriptensure responsive, accessible, and maintainable UI

- Backend Integration: Work with DJango,PostgreSQL databases write schema migrations, optimise queries, and help enforce data integrity.

- DevOps & Deployment: Own CI/CD pipeline improvementsautomate builds, tests, container deployments, and lead on Docker/Kubernetes tasks or serverless setups.

- End?to?End Ownership: Collaborate across backend, design, QA, and Product to ship features smoothly and resolve issues in production.

- Performance & Security: Tune performance (frontend load times, DB indexes) and support data security compliance initiatives.

- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code; participate in peer reviews, automated testing, and documentation.

- Mentorship & Collaboration: Partner with senior engineerslearn, contribute, and coach colleagues as we scale.

- Agile Execution: Engage in sprint planning, demos, retros, and bring proactive ideas to improve processes continuously.

Youre a Great Fit If You

- Have 45 years of building production?grade web apps using DJango, React + TypeScript, with strong component architecture knowledge.

- Are skilled with PostgreSQLyouve written migrations, optimised queries, and built relational schemas.

- Understand deployment practiceshave set up or maintained CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.), containerised apps (Docker), or Kubernetes/serverless.

- Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and are passionate about owning features end-to-end.
