Full Stack Engineer - React.js/Spring Boot

Location : Pune, Chennai

Experience : 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web-based applications with a focus on usability, scalability, and security.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Lead the development of new features and enhancements, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

- Act as a key technical point of contact for onsite client interactions, effectively communicating technical concepts and solutions.

- Actively participate in an Agile/SCRUM environment, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7-8 years of hands-on experience developing comprehensive web applications.

- Proficiency in Java 8 and extensive experience with the Spring Boot framework.

- Strong expertise in developing Microservices architectures.

- Demonstrable experience with React for building modern, responsive user interfaces.

- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with REST APIs/Web Services.

- Solid understanding and experience with Spring MVC.

- Proven experience working in an Agile environment using the SCRUM framework.

- Onsite client-facing experience is a must.

- Proficiency with development IDE tools such as IntelliJ IDEA.

- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and team player skills.
