About the Role :

Be the part of the core tech team to build a truly revolutionary AI core entertainment platform. The focus of this role is to help build a robust BE architecture and tools, that can support an ultra agile AI framework of working on cutting edge products.

Responsibilities :

- Become part of the entire development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.

- Interact with the backend team to ensure the overall architecture design aligns with product requirements and scalability.

- Collaborate with the product team to build user-focused solutions and continuously improve user experience.

- Write clean, testable, and ef?cient code for both front-end and back-end components.

- Develop, test, and deploy features in agile sprints, ensuring timely delivery.

- Stay updated with industry trends and tools, adopting best practices for full stack development.

- Advocate for and implement security best practices across the stack.

- Guide and mentor junior developers in the team.

- End-to-end tech ownership.

What You Bring to the Tech Team :

- Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including React.js, Flutter, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Proficiency in back-end development using Node.js and experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

- Experience working with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Firestore) databases.

- Decent knowledge and experience of AI tools for coding and product development.

- Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

- Deep understanding of version control systems like Git.

- Experience working on cloud platforms (GCP or AWS) and CI/CD workflows.

- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices.

- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Bonus Skills :

- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand).

- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of front-end build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Babel, or Vite).

- Understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (e.g., OAuth, JWT).

- Exposure to serverless architecture and microservices.
