About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Fullstack Engineer with strong backend expertise in Node.js and hands-on experience with Firebase and GCP. This role will primarily focus on backend development (70% Node.js) while also contributing to frontend features in React (30% React.js). The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, integrating third-party services, and delivering scalable, secure, and reliable applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize backend services/APIs using Node.js, Firebase, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Run.

- Build and integrate Stripe payment flows and support transactional workflows.

- Contribute to React.js frontend development, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.

- Implement search and analytics solutions (Algolia, Google Analytics).

- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

- Ensure adherence to security, authentication, and performance best practices.

- Collaborate closely with design, product, and mobile teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack development.

- Strong expertise in Node.js and backend development (APIs, integrations, microservices).

- Proficiency with React.js for building user-facing features.

- Experience with Firebase and GCP services (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Firestore, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with Stripe API for payments.

- Familiarity with Algolia or other search integrations (preferred).

- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred).

- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, security, and performance optimization.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
