Full Stack Engineer - Python/React.js

Role : Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Full-Stack Developer who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoys building scalable products from the ground up. As part of our agile and cross-functional team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and launching Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) using modern technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to rapidly deliver MVPs and production-grade applications under tight timelines.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices.

- Lead and contribute to technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional team decisions.

- Implement unit tests to ensure code quality and robustness.

- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS or GCP.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed.

Ideal Candidate :

- Strong understanding and working knowledge of AWS or GCP cloud platforms.

- Experience with writing and maintaining unit test cases.

- Ability to navigate and deliver in ambiguous, fast-changing startup-like environments.

- Comfortable working under tight timelines - working in Agile, be it the Sprint or Kanban model.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

- Experience in cross-functional teams and leading technical discussions is a plus.

- Graduation in Computer Science and related fields only.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

- Exposure to agile development methodologies and rapid prototyping
