About the Role :

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Python, React, and TypeScript. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality applications.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python (backend) and React + TypeScript (frontend).

- Design scalable systems and contribute to architecture discussions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.

- Ensure high-quality code through reviews, testing, and automation.

Qualifications :

- 3-10 years of professional software engineering experience.

- Strong proficiency in Python, React, and TypeScript.

- Solid understanding of APIs, microservices.

- Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL).

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred/Bonus Experience :

- Experience with Palantir Foundry.

- Domain knowledge in Insurance or Banking/Financial Services.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
