About Us :


We are a fast-growing healthtech startup simplifying health insurance claims and post-discharge patient support. We work with insurers, TPAs and healthcare providers to improve claim processing efficiency, reduce rejections and enhance patient experience through technology.


The Role :


Were looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to help us expand our hospital and provider-facing platform.

Youll work across backend, frontend, integrations and AI components to build secure, scalable workflows that make complex healthcare processes simpler for everyday users.

Responsibilities :


- Build and maintain backend APIs and services (Python/FastAPI).

- Design and manage relational database schema and migrations (Postgres + SQLAlchemy).

- Develop intuitive, role-based dashboards for healthcare operations teams.

- Integrate with third-party APIs and systems used by hospitals and insurers.

- Implement secure file handling, data validation and audit logging.

- Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to align tech with real-world workflows.

- Work with OCR, NLP and LLM-based services to parse and validate documents at scale.

Qualifications :


- 4+ years in full-stack development (Python backend + modern JS frontend).

- Strong experience with FastAPI (or similar frameworks) and relational DBs.

- Proven track record building secure, user-friendly internal tools or SaaS products.

- Comfortable with cloud storage (AWS/GCP) and background job queues.

- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities both via APIs (i.e. OpenAI, AWS Textract) and open-source models (e., Hugging Face, spaCy, PyTorch).

- Bonus : healthcare domain or enterprise SaaS experience in India.
