Full Stack Engineer - Python/Java/MySQL

Job Overview:

As a Full Stack Engineer at BDIPlus, you will be responsibile for the end-to-end phases of the software development lifecycle, including research, design, implementation, testing and maintenance.

You will work on our core products, collaborating with data scientists and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about building modern applications while also integrateing AI, big data, and personalization features into enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and maintain full-stack applications with scalable backend services.

- Analyze and solve complex technical problems across the stack.

- Collaborate with operations and infrastructure teams to optimize systems for scale and performance.

- Contribute to both BDIPlus product platforms and client-specific implementations.

- Partner with data scientists to productionize AI/ML models, optimize data pipelines and deliver new features.

- Own features end-to-end.

- From concent to deployment in production.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field (MS or PhD in a quantative field preferred).

- 3+ years of software development experience in full-stack enviornments.

Core Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Python or Java (Spring Boot, JDK 11+)

- Strong experience with MySQL 8+ or other related databases.

- Exposture to NoSQL, databases (e.g. MongoDB)

- Solid Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

- Strong grasp of microservice architecture and distributed systems.

- Proficiency with debugging, troubleshootng and performance tuning.

Data & AI-Related Skills :

- Demonstrated interest or experience in machine learning, NLP, or large language models (LLMs).

- Exposure to big data ecosystems (Kafka, Spark, etc.) and real-time data pipelines.

- Ability to design and implement product features leveraging data science/AI capabilities.

- Comfort working in environments with high ambiguity and evolving priorities

Good To Have :

- Experience with Node.js (v12+), Apache Kafka, or event-driven architectures.

- Frontend experience with AngularJS, HTML, CSS.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and AWS cloud infrastructure.

- Experience with observability tools (Datadog, etc).
