Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full stack engineer to drive technical excellence, innovation, and leadership within our engineering team. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the successful execution of projects aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work across the full stack to design, build, and ship new features for our web and mobile apps.

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to develop scalable and user-friendly solutions.

- Build APIs and backend systems with Django and Python, and manage relational data with PostgreSQL.

- Develop performant front-end interfaces using Angular and cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack.

- Contribute to architectural decisions and help scale our systems as we grow.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science & Engineering

- 4+ years of experience in software development

- Strong command of Django and Python for backend development.

- Proficiency in Angular (TypeScript) for front-end development.

- Experience building mobile apps using Flutter.

- Good knowledge of Java for backend or app integrations.

- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and writing efficient SQL queries.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

- A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.
