Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to join our Mumbai-based product team to architect and scale high-impact web applications.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex backend logic and intuitive frontend experiences, working closely with product managers, data scientists, and design teams to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into our core platform.

You will be instrumental in shaping our technical roadmap, ensuring that our infrastructure not only handles high-concurrency traffic but also leverages Large Language Models to deliver intelligent, automated solutions that directly enhance user productivity and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engineer robust, scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js to provide seamless user experiences across our entire product suite.

- Integrate advanced LLM-based features into existing workflows to automate complex tasks and provide actionable insights for our end users.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications and performant code.

- Optimize system architecture and database performance to ensure low-latency responses for AI-driven processes.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews to maintain a high standard of engineering excellence and architectural integrity across the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications with Node.js and React.js, with a deep understanding of state management and asynchronous programming.

- Proven ability to implement and fine-tune LLM integrations, utilizing APIs or frameworks to build intelligent, context-aware features.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying bottlenecks in distributed systems and implementing efficient, long-term solutions.
