About the Role :

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer AI/ML & Big Data Solutions with strong solution architecture and development expertise to join our engineering team in Bangalore. In this role, you will design, architect, and build scalable, data-driven applications that power next-generation AI/ML solutions. You will work closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineering leaders to integrate machine learning models into production environments, while ensuring high performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and develop end-to-end full-stack applications using Next.js, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

- Build scalable APIs and microservices to support AI/ML model integration and large-scale data pipelines.

- Implement efficient data storage, indexing, and retrieval strategies for datasets ranging from GBs to TBs.

- Optimize database performance using PostgreSQL advanced features such as partitioning, indexing, and JSONB operations.

- Lead technical design discussions and create detailed architecture documentation.

- Design systems capable of real-time AI/ML inference and high-volume data processing.

- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and technical leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 6 - 9 years of professional software development experience.

- 2+ years in solution architecture or technical lead roles.

- Proven experience in AI/ML production projects and large-scale data processing.

- Strong proficiency in Next.js 13+, React, TypeScript, and modern CSS (Tailwind CSS preferred).

- Expertise in Node.js, Express/Fastify, RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs.

- Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL (query optimization, triggers, stored procedures, performance tuning).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for deployment and scaling.

- Excellent problem-solving, architectural, and communication skills.
