Job Title : Full Stack Engineer

About the Role :

We're looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in front-end development using React or Angular, combined with solid back-end expertise in Node.js, Express, and related technologies.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying graph-powered applications that leverage Neo4j for data visualization, relationship mapping, and real-time interaction. This role requires a deep understanding of modern web architectures, UI/UX best practices, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to turn complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks.

- Implement interactive data visualizations and graph-based interfaces using Neo4j and related tools.

- Develop and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support application functionality.

- Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups into responsive, high-quality web interfaces.

- Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and data engineering teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best software engineering practices.

- Optimize application performance and scalability across browsers and devices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed.

- Contribute to architectural discussions, design decisions, and technical roadmap planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 4- 8 years of professional experience in full stack web development.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

- Hands-on experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js for front-end development.

- Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, or equivalent frameworks for backend development.

- Experience integrating and working with Neo4j or other graph databases (e.g., ArangoDB, JanusGraph).

- Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservice-based architectures.

- Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker.

- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Knowledge of data visualization libraries such as D3.js or Cytoscape.js.

- Exposure to TypeScript and Next.js or NestJS frameworks.

- Ability to work in an agile development environment and contribute to sprint planning.
