Job Title : MERN Developer / Next.js Developer / Full Stack JavaScript Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop highly responsive and SEO-optimized front-end applications using React.js and Next.js (SSR/SSG/ISR)

- Build and maintain full-stack web applications using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and MySQL

- Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend logic using Node.js and Express.js

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and product teams to turn concepts into functional interfaces

- Optimise front-end performance, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and follow best practices in component architecture

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the front-end and back-end stack

Required Skills :

- Priority : Strong hands-on experience with Next.js and React.js, including :

a. Server-side rendering (SSR)

b. Static site generation (SSG)

c. Incremental static regeneration (ISR) d. API routes in Next.js

- Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for backend development

- Solid understanding of MySQL or other relational databases

- Familiarity with modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (a plus), and RESTful APIs.

- Good knowledge of performance optimisation, security best practices, and clean code principles

- Experience with Git and collaborative version control tools like GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.

- Ability to work effectively in a team, take initiative, and manage time independently
