Full Stack Engineer - Jira/Atlassian

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Jira app architecture and implementation.

The ideal candidate will work on designing, developing, and maintaining custom Jira apps/plugins that enhance productivity and extend Jiras capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable solutions using Atlassian Forge, Connect, and SDK frameworks.

- Collaborate with product, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Jira solutions.

- Integrate Jira apps with third-party systems using REST APIs and webhooks.

- Ensure apps meet Atlassian Marketplace standards and best practices.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize app performance.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong expertise in Jira app architecture, development, and implementation.

- Hands-on experience with:

- Atlassian Forge & Connect (Cloud apps).

- Atlassian SDK (Server/Data Center apps).

- REST APIs, OAuth, JSON.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js (Cloud apps).

- Strong knowledge of Java / Spring Boot (Server/Data Center apps).

- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
