Description :

We are hiring Full Stack Engineers to work with one of the leading Retail/eCommerce clients.

This role is ideal for engineers who are strong in either Frontend-heavy (70%) or Backend-heavy (80%) full stack development but comfortable working across the stack.

We are looking for candidate with 5+ years of experience with master's in computer science or 7+ years of experience with bachelor's in computer science

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications in a Retail/eCommerce environment

- Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices

- Work on distributed systems and backend architecture

- Write clean, reusable, testable, and production-grade code

- Implement unit tests and end-to-end tests

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps

- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions

Technical Skills Required :

Frontend (Strong Expertise Required for Frontend-Focused Role) :

- Angular or React (mandatory - strong hands-on experience)

- HTML5, CSS3

- Redux or similar state management libraries

- UI component libraries

- CSS preprocessors: Sass / Less

- Unit Testing : Mocha / Chai (or similar)

- E2E Testing : WebdriverIO / Playwright (or similar)

- Experience building responsive, scalable UI applications

Backend (Strong Expertise Required for Backend-Focused Role) :

- Java (Spring Boot) is mandatory

- Microservices architecture

- RESTful APIs development

- SQL and NoSQL databases

- Distributed systems design

- Backend performance optimization and scalability

Full Stack Expectations :

- Ability to contribute meaningfully across both frontend and backend

- Experience integrating frontend applications with backend services

- Strong understanding of system design principles

- Familiarity with CI/CD and modern development workflows

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in Retail or eCommerce domain

- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

- Agile/Scrum development experience
